Nail Salon Manager

Work Location: 3252 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6K 2H4
Position: Nail Salon Manager
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent 
Wage: $37.51- $38.51 per hour (Depending on working experience)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week 
Starting date: As Soon As Possible 
Positions Available: 1
Benefit: 4% Vacation Pay

Responsibility: 
– Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of nail salon services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail arts;
– Control budget and inventory for nail care products, tools, and salon supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely restocking;
– Answer customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner, resolve service-related issues effectively;
– Create, implement, and maintain salon policies and procedures to ensure high standards of hygiene, customer service, and staff performance;
– Hire, train, and supervise nail care technicians and supporting staff, ensure ongoing development and adherence to salon standards.
– Coordinate and manage marketing and advertising efforts to promote salon services and attract new clients; 

Qualification: 
– Completion of secondary school is usually required;
– A college diploma or vocational certificate in the subject of instruction may be required;
– 1 to 3 years of experience in the service being offered are usually required;
– Strong interpersonal & time management skills;
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
– Working knowledge of English.
